Why do we forget things?

 




There are various reasons why we forget things. Firstly, it can be because we are too busy with other things, which leads us to forget the things we have to remember. Secondly and most importantly, our brain is weak in recalling things. The brain becomes weak, and we become forgetful due to the lack of nutrients in our bodies. Hence one should eat a lot of leafy veggies and almonds so that you don't forget things!
